3D Printed Rotation Cube
Prototype
Main focus was to create a prototype of a 3D printed peripheral that will have an Arduino as the main processing unit and it would interface via BLE with Unity to track the rotations of the real cube with a virtual one.
The cube have 6 screens that shows the same symbols that are on the virtual one that is being shown inside Unity.
Main difficulty of the 3D model was that it needed to be able to be as much modular as possible since it would allow for faster iterations. Also when designing, 3D printing restrictions would be taken into consideration, such as overhangs, pieces tolerances, suppoprt placement and holes orientation.
